Stylish & Cozy Downtown 2 Bedroom Unit w/ Hot Tub

Positive: Location was good. House was clean. It worked. Negative: Did not know the hot tub was shared with two other units. Instructed to clip spa cover when not in use. No clips and cover was so water-logged it could hardly be lifted, let alone blow away. The heater in the back bedroom did not work. Also, told to park as far to the right in the driveway as possible to make room for two other cars. There was not enough room to open the doors with three cars and the other renters did not get the same memo. Works if you have three golf carts. Parked on the street with no issues but it did not snow. No street parking when it snows. We did not feel it was not worth the price.
